Photography Services Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to saeed photography, where we specialize in capturing moments that last a lifetime. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our photography services.

2. Services Offered

We offer professional photography services including but not limited to:

Portrait Photography
Wedding Photography
Event Photography

Each service package includes:

Consultation to discuss your vision
Photography session at agreed location
Editing and retouching of selected images
High-resolution digital photos delivered via an online gallery

3. Booking and Payment

To book our services:

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance is due on the session date.
Accepted payment methods include E-transfer.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellation

You may reschedule your session up to 1week prior to the agreed date, subject to availability.
Cancellations made 1week prior to the session date will forfeit the deposit.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Cooperate and communicate your preferences before and during the session.
Obtain any necessary permits or permissions for photography at your chosen location.
Adhere to the agreed timeline and venue access requirements.

6. Copyright and Usage

saeed photography retains copyright ownership of all photos taken during the session.
Clients receive a personal, non-commercial license to use the photos.
Commercial use or distribution of photos requires prior written consent from saeed photography.

7. Delivery of Photos

Edited photos will be delivered via online gallery within 2 weeks after the session.
Rush delivery options are available upon request for an additional fee.

8. Liability

In the unlikely event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failure, illness), our liability is limited to a full refund of all payments received.
We are not liable for any damages resulting from client actions, third-party interference, or acts of nature.

9. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
